You are welcome to enjoy pleasures of sauna: we have the Finnish sauna and a sanarium.
In the Finnish sauna a steam is obtained by throwing water on stones. The main difference from other types of saunas is an intense heat (air temperature can rise up to 120 °С). The Finnish sauna improves blood supply to the skin and gives a positive cosmetic effect.
The advantage of the sanarium is its lower temperature (50-60⁰С), which allows you to lie in the sauna for up to 30 minutes. The aroma stimulates subcutaneous blood circulation, while the colourful play of light ensnares your senses, helping you to relax your body and tense muscles.
At the reception, we will give you a wristband with a chip with which you can open a locker in the dressing room. You can enter the gym and spa area by the same chip. We offer bath towels as well (no charge).
