Terms and Conditions of Ordering the Club 26 private sauna
- Please place your order for Club 26 sauna through the website www.club26.ee.
- The earliest visiting time of the sauna is 8 a.m. and the sauna will be closed at 11 p.m.
Payment and Delivery Terms:
- The payment shall be made by means of a bank transfer via the online banks of Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV or Krediidipank, or by debit or credit card payments of Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
- Before paying the prepayment invoice, the Customer is required to verify that the data on the invoice corresponds to the order. The deadline for payment is the same day when the order was placed.
- After the online bank or card payment, you will receive the confirmation and order number via e-mail.
- Please check that you receive the order confirmation to your email.
Price:
- All prices include 22% VAT.
Alcohol:
- Club 26 does not sell alcohol to guests under 18 years of age. The Club 26 maintains the right to ask for the provision of proof of age identification on spot and decline the minor’s order. The advance payment of minor’s additional orders including alcohol is not returned.
Cancellation of Order and Refund:
- If you wish to cancel or change the order, kindly inform us about this at least 24 hours before the execution of the order to the following e-mail address: olympia.club26@radissonblu.com. Please make sure to indicate the order number.
- Complying with the above mentioned requirements, we will make the repayment within 14 days.
- If the order has not been cancelled in a timely manner or the service will not be used on the day of executing the order, the paid amount shall not be refunded.
Other Information:
- Customer data submitted upon placing the order and making the purchase in the online shop shall be treated as confidential information. Hotell Olümpia AS will not disclose customer’s personal data to third parties without the permission of the customer. Hotell Olümpia AS will use the customer’s personal data for the delivery of ordered products.
