SILVER – 9 nights or 6 stays per year

Same as Club benefits plus:

  • 10% discount on food & non-alcoholic drinks
  • Rollover Nights – Get a jump-start on the new program year: We automatically carry forward Eligible Nights toward Elite status.
  • Complimentary Room Upgrade – Enjoy a room upgrade, offered at check-in for Eligible Stays when available.
  • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out – Early check-in or late check-out upon request for Eligible Stays.

GOLD – 30 nights or 20 stays per year

Same as Silver benefits plus:

  • 15% discount on food & non-alcoholic drinks
  • In-Room Welcome Gift – Available to Elite members during Eligible Stays.
  • Room Availability Guarantee 72 hrs – Enjoy our room availability guarantee when you book an Eligible Stay using our exclusive Elite Member Services Line (found on the back of your member card).

PLATINUM – 60 nights or 30 stays per year

Same as Gold benefits plus:

  • 20% discount on food & non-alcoholic drinks
  • Room Availability Guarantee 48 hrs – Enjoy our room availability guarantee when you book an Eligible Stay using our exclusive Elite Member Services Line (found on the back of your member card).
  • Free Breakfast – Enjoy a great start to the day with a complimentary breakfast at participating hotel restaurants during Eligible Stays.
  • Platinum Member Services Line – Exclusive use of our dedicated 24 hours 7 days a week Platinum Member Services Line (found on the back of your member card) for assistance with your account information and travel needs.
